We're on the hunt for a Customer Service Officer to join our squad and help us deliver top-notch service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we need someone with your skills and experience to ensure our clients feel valued and supported every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Utilize your expertise in proprietary trading to provide clients with accurate and relevant information about our products and services.
- Manage client accounts and interactions with precision and attention to detail using our CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Utilize your fluency in English and, if applicable, Chinese, to assist clients effectively, with knowledge of Chinese considered a significant advantage.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to identify opportunities for improving the client experience and driving business growth.
Requirements:
- You have a strong understanding of proprietary trading and financial markets, with experience in a similar role preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Chinese is a significant plus.
- You're a pro at navigating CRM systems and using them to manage client interactions efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, can explain complex concepts clearly and understandably.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients.
