We are looking for skilled individuals to join us as Proprietary Traders as we continue to grow and expand our startup project. We need passionate traders eager to explore the Prop Trading Industry and leave their mark in the fast-paced world of finance.
Responsibilities:
- Execute trading strategies across various financial markets, using our advanced technology and proprietary methodologies
- Analyze market data and develop innovative trading ideas to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Monitor and manage trading positions to optimize risk-adjusted returns and ensure consistent profitability
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of traders and analysts to refine strategies and drive performance
- Stay informed about market news, economic indicators, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in proprietary trading or a related field
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment
- Solid understanding of risk management principles
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Familiarity with market microstructure and order flow analysis
- Experience with algorithmic trading strategies preferred
