Responsibilities:

  • Execute trading strategies across various financial markets, leveraging our advanced technology and proprietary methodologies.
  • Analyze market data to develop innovative trading ideas and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage trading positions to optimize risk-adjusted returns and ensure consistent profitability.
  • Collaborate with our dynamic team of traders and analysts to refine strategies and drive performance.
  • Stay informed about market news, economic indicators, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in proprietary trading or a related field, demonstrating exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.
  • Solid understanding of risk management principles and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Familiarity with market microstructure and order flow analysis; experience with algorithmic trading strategies preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is essential for effective communication within our team and with clients.
